General description

As our admin superstar, you’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing team. You’ll be the go-to for keeping calendars up to date, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans. You’ll also keep our records and files organized and accurate, and help us stay connected with clients through timely, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and files
  • Handle correspondence and communications with clients
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
