Most agency work does not fail on talent. It fails on the gap between what a client expected and what actually arrived. Closing that gap is this job. You will run client projects from kick-off to sign-off, keep designers, developers and copywriters pointed in the same direction, and make sure nobody is guessing about where things stand.
You will own a portfolio of client projects across websites, marketing campaigns, brand work and content. These are your projects and your client relationships from the start. That means scoping the work properly, holding the timeline, spotting trouble before it becomes a late delivery, and being the person the client speaks to when they want to know how things are going. You will work closely with our existing project manager and report to operations.
Someone who can hold several projects in their head at once and still know exactly what is due on each one.
Someone clients trust. You keep them informed before they have to ask, and you are calm when a deadline moves.
Someone who chases the loose ends. Approvals, feedback and content that has gone quiet, without being asked to.
Every project manager has one. What happened, what you did about it, and what you would do differently now tells us far more than a list of the tools you have used.
